I love this sentiment and had the idea a while back for this unique design for our Craftwood Creations Dream Catcher.  These are very quick to colour with your Sharpie Pens, which no girl (or guy) :-) should be without!!  I literally drew the pattern on the feathers with the pens, but I think this has so many other possibilities for decoration.  The addition of some Pearl or Jewel Sticky Back Gems creates the perfect Faux Bead effect and the Feathers are easily attached with some thin Cord or 6 Strand Embroidery Thread, adding Beads to complement the Gems.  Hope you enjoy decorating one of these soon!

This Traditional effect Dream Catcher shown left was coloured with 3 Different Brown Pens. To create the Feathers colour the Spine of the Feather with a Dark Brown Sharpie. Then Colour the top next to the Spine with a Medium Brown, next a Light Brown and Finally Dark Brown along the edges. Once these have all dried add the White detailing over the Browns with a Signo Broad White Pen, draw in lines to create the effect and shape. I've added Deep Red Pearl Gems, matching Beads from my stash and some flat Dark Brown Wood Beads. The Feathers were attached with 6 Strand Dark Brown Embroidery Thread, wrapped around the ring and glued on the back.

Next a Fun and Sparkly Dream Catcher featured right. The "Follow Your Dreams" sentiment and the the Flowers from our Mixed Shapes MDF Flowers Pack were coloured with Sharpies and then I've added Glitter Glue all over the Words and around the edges of the Petals. Using Blue and Pink Sharpies colour all other pieces as above omitting the white on the Feathers. This time I used Thin Beading Cord to attach the Feathers and added Metallic Effects Embroidery Thread which I have wrapped round to create a spiral effect.
